TCS New working Culture-Only 25 percent of the employees will work from the office, by 2025 this work will be implemented.
⇛This vision means that in the coming years TCS is going to adopt a new work culture.
Under this, only 25 percent of the employees will work in the company's office premises at any given time. Other employees will do the right thing at home.
⇛This work schedule will be operational by 2025, plus no employee of the company will have to spend more than 25% of their time in office premises to work to their full potential.
⇛TCS said that after locked down around the world, the company made 90 percent of its 4.48 lack employees able to work from home. TCS's chairman Mr.Chandrasekaran said that the world would be completely different when the country gets rid of the coronavirus problem. Technology will play an even greater role in the world.
