69% of senior employees hope for positive growth for their companies in next two years.

⇛The time spent by employees in lock-down is not only used to increase employee skills and professional network, but also 42% professionals are looking for new jobs for the next two weeks. 


⇛According to a Linkedin index report, 72% of Indian professionals believe that their company will be back on track in the next two years.

⇛Ashutosh Gupta of Linkedin, said in a statement that 33% of senior executives feel that their companies will face tough times in the next six months. While 69% of senior workers are confident of the progress of their companies in the next two years. The report is based on an online survey of over 1000 members active on the LinkedIn platform.

⇛Despite the widespread impact of the epidemic, only 55% said that their companies were providing them with options for remote working.And only 25% have the option of working in flexible or part time working horses.
