Retails Chains working on Turnaround Strategy
⇛Apparel, jewelry, and electronic retailer stores across the country are working on the concept of "Store on Wheels".
⇛According to the Latest Retail News, Electronics and smartphone chains including central, brand factory, Tanishq, Sangeetha mobiles, and great eastern retail all are reaching their customers with their Vans filled with their products so that the customers can buy the products from their doorstep.
⇛Some retailers such as Croma, lifestyle, and Vijay Sales in the Retail Sector have started opening their Street Stores in the states where the state government has given permission for selling non-essential products. The main objective of the "Store on wheel" business model is that the customer should not feel that he cannot do shopping while the products are being provided at there houses by the retailers.
Tata group jeweler Tanishq has started a campaign called "Try at Home" under which customers can buy their favorite jewelry by trying it at their home. Many retail chains are also giving a Virtual Tour of their store with the help of Whatsapp video call and store camera.
