IndusInd Bank News- The bank has given KYC permission through video for its customers in view of the lockdown.
This will make it easier to open an online savings account in a bank and make a credit card.
Through the video KYC service, new customers can send a request to open a savings account in IndusInd Bank and can complete all treatment from their home. In January this year, RBI released guidelines to complete the video-based KYC process.
A link will be sent via SMS or email by the bank to the customers for the video KYC. After clicking this link, the customer will be taken to the video KYC webpage. After this, the customer has to enter his mobile number, and then he will be authenticated through OTP. After completing this process the customer will be connected to the video KYC agent.
