Real Estate sector updates-Foreign Investment in Real estate sector is up by 27% over 2018.⇛The real estate sector has received foreign investment of about $ 6 billion (Rs 45,600 crore) over the years. Whereas in the year 2018 total investment of 4.8 billion was received. according to the latest real estate news, there has been a 27 percent increase in investment. This is revealed in a report by real estate consulting firm CBRI South Asia.
⇛The report stated that the office sector and development sites land were at the forefront of investment activities. Of these, about 40% of the funds flowed in these areas. This was followed by an 11% investment in hotels. Development sites Land saw 5% more investment in 2019 as compared to 2018. Total investment in the hotel segment increased by 10% as compared to 2018.
