Bookmyshow will lay off 19 percent of employees.

BookMyShow, a company that provides online services for cinema ticket booking, will lay off 270 employees. 

This is 19 percent of its total of 1450 employees. 

⇛According to the company, the epidemic and the lockdown imposed for its prevention are expected to have a major impact on revenue in the coming months. In such a situation, the company is considering to remove 270 workers from their jobs or to be sent on leave without pay.
