In which customers can order their favorite smartphones by visiting to Vivo's Facebook page (@vivoindia) or Vivo E-store shop (shop.vivo.com) and by giving SMS on number 8955771110. Under this, Vivo phones will be delivered to customers with the help of 30 thousand brand ambassadors and 20 thousand retailers.
⇛Through Facebook page and SMS, customers will be able to get all the information related to the phone by connecting with the company's brand ambassador. After this, if the customer likes the phone, then the brand ambassador sends all the details to the customer's nearest retailers from where the customer can purchase the phone. In addition, the Retailers will also provide home delivery of the phone to the customers.
